We drafted a new game about agile transformation, building from the mechanics of Terraforming Mars.
Conclusions:
1) Consider a hex grid board with customer facing organizational units on the outer edge, and supporting units towards the center.
2) Build out possible experiments by building an experiment hypothesis template: If we try <experiment>, we will <metric> will move <direction>. The proposed cost for this experiment is X, and it is low/medium/high risk.
3. Add event cards, to show naturally occurring change.
4. Make experiments non-deterministic: roll a die (or something) to see if the hypothetical results are achieved. Some may make the metrics worse!
