Solution Proposals
- regular presentations (optionally captured on video) of team practices, successes or failures
- hackathons; members being form various teams; Pos contributing ideas – can lead to actual projects!
- guilds: „teams“ of people with similar skillsets/backgrounds; if/when discussion starts to die out, change people/topic
- open space: discuss a range of topics including team segregations and solutions
- incentives to participate: beer!
