> Lightening talks – Dark Cave

>

> Companies have folks who like being in a comfortable bubble. They like the sense that everything is in control that there is some sense of predictability.

>

> Watching these folks is like watching a zombie movie.

>

> They are unaware of what is happening outside of the bubble. Smaller companies and even other larger companies are now waking up to see that they need to change how they work if they are going to be able to compete in this doggy dog world.

>

> Of course this is all no news to us. They are looking at us to help them.

>

> We who have woken up from the living dead and are trying to make it better for those who have also started to wake up.

>

> For anyone new making this change it is like taking a leap of faith to walk into a dark cave. It is very scary with bugs, sharp rocks, creatures who scream eerily in the night and many places to get lost.

>

> The one glimmer of hope in these caves are flashlights that can help you see where you are and can show you where to go next. You could of course be a lucky one who has there own internal flashlight, one that has spidery sense that avoids any scary things.

>

> There are many flashlights in this room, at home, and at your company.

>

> There are a few of us who have gone through the cave and have found their way out safely.

>

> There are some of us who are still in the cave looking for flashlights and who helping others take a leap of faith into the cave.

>

> What will you be this weekend? A flashlight, someone who is looking for a flashlight or someone who is taking the leap of faith?

>

> Will you be my flashlight?

>

> Will you take the leap of faith and walk into the dark cave?

> Will you be a flashlight to help those through the journey in the cave?
